Bangkok is a huge city, both in terms of population and area, and the property market features a wide range of properties for sale and properties for rent.
There are so many different areas, property types and prices per m2 to compare with that the final decision of our customers can be a tough one.
At Five Stars Thailand, we regularly receive enquiries from expatriate customers looking to rent an apartment in Bangkok or to rent a house in Bangkok.
Our customers usually require a property located close to a subway station and within condominiums well-equipped with swimming pools and fitness spaces.
Another important criteria for them, especially families, is to be within easy reach of a park so that the parents can jog and walk and their kids can have more space to play.
Many of our customers also decide to purchase a condominium in Bangkok since they can own it Freehold in their own name and rent it out easily to locals and expatriates.
Our agents at Five Stars Thailand offer a wide range of condominiums for sale in Bangkok within a 10-minute walking distance of public parks.

In order to help you with your choice, we have also prepared below a brief description of the 5 public parks you should not miss when staying in Bangkok:
This park is the first that comes to mind and as such probably the most iconic of the city. Stretching over 360-rai or around 58 hectares, it attracts hundreds of residents and visitors who flock daily to this urban oasis for all types of activities, from jogging to playing tennis, swimming and performing tai chi. No less than 4 subway stations connect the park: BTS Ratchadamri, BTS Saladaeng, MRT Silom and MRT Lumpini!
An expansion of the original park, this 130-rai or around 21-hectare public park has been a real success and makes an excellent bike and jogging spot right next to the Asoke BTS station and Sukhumvit MRT station. Benjakitti is also the only public park in the city center that boasts a pet-friendly area.
Opened on 12 August 1992 to honor the HM Queen Sirikit’s 60th Birthday, this green space sits right next to three luxury shopping malls, namely Emporium, Emquartier and Emsphere as well as the Phromphong BTS station. Even though smaller in size, joggers and strollers appreciate its convenience and dramatic scenery.
One of Bangkok’s most accessible park thanks to its location right by BTS Mochit and MRT Chatuchak Park stations, this green space boasts a leafy jogging route, a manmade lake and a handsome clock tower. It makes a perfect evening stroll after exhausting bargaining at the nearby Chatuchak Market.
Sitting 15 minutes away from BTS Udomsuk Station, this green space in the outskirt of Bangkok is not only the city’s largest park but one of the nicest. The highlights include a flowery botanical garden and seven gardens drawing the designs from different countries. A must go!
